Current Openings
Mazeppa Productions (www.mazeppaproductions.org) is looking for a Technical Director/Master Carpenter for its 2013 July productions (Avenue Q, Rapunzel, cabaret series). The job runs June and July, with production meetings beginning in mid-May. All building will take place at Players Club of Swarthmore scene shop; performances will take place at Christ Church Neighborhood House. Experienced candidates are preferred, but college students looking for experience are encouraged to apply. Mazeppa Productions (www.mazeppaproductions.org) is looking for a Sound Board Operator/General Technician for its 2013 July productions (Avenue Q, Rapunzel, cabaret series). Responsibilities include running sound board for all performances and serving as on-site technician. Experienced candidates are preferred, but college students looking for experience are encouraged to apply. VOLUNTEERING
Mazeppa Productions welcomes volunteers to work with our administrative staff and production team. Volunteers to the company work on projects supporting a variety of departments, including marketing, front of house, and special events. Volunteer benefits include complimentary tickets to Mazeppa performances.
Volunteering as an usher is one of the best ways for theatre-lovers to support Mazeppa while seeing one of our shows for free! We are always looking for friendly people to help us welcome our audience to performances during our season. Ushers are typically called to the theatre 90 minutes prior to the curtain time of a performance (though this may vary according to the needs of the show). Ushers are expected to remain 30 minutes following the final curtain.
